• AI-powered background generation
• Export capabilities in various formats
• Content editing and customization tools
• Draft saving and management

Account Creation: You must create an account using Google OAuth to access the Service.

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under your account.

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

One Account Per User: Each user may maintain only one account.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Upload, process, or generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Create content that is defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory
• Violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Create content for spam or malicious purposes

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a license to process your content for Service provision.

Generated Content: You own the carousels generated by our Service, subject to third-party rights in source material.

Our IP: The Service, including software, algorithms, and design, is our intellectual property.

Third-Party Content: You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to use any third-party content (including TikTok videos) you process.

Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription tiers with different features and usage limits.

Payment: Payments are processed through LemonSqueezy.

Refunds: Fees are refundable within 7 days of purchase only if no carousel has been generated. Once the first carousel is generated, the service is considered consumed and no refunds will be provided, except as required by law.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Usage Limits: Each plan has specific limits on carousel generation and features.

Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice.

Availability: We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Maintenance: We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.

Modifications: We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Third-Party Dependencies: Service functionality may depend on third-party APIs and services.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR where applicable.

AS-IS Service: The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.

No Guarantees: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of generated content.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indirect Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:

• Your content or generated carousels
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of third-party rights

By You: You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

By Us: We may terminate accounts for Terms violations or other reasons with reasonable notice.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access ends and your data may be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be resolved in French courts.

We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication before legal proceedings.
